The Aperitivo is the part of the day that (usually) follows the ceremony and it is when the bar opens and food is served in an informal setting with a selection of delicious canapés served to you by waiters and also some delectable food stalls to choose from.
It is sometimes known by other names: Aperitif, Cocktail, Appetiser, Appetizer, Canapés… but it is basically when the food and drink starts flowing. Woohoo!
